REFUND, RESALE & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund Requests for Registration Fees will be honored only if submitted in writing to the NYSSA Headquarters Office. The following administrative fees will be deducted from refund checks/credit card reimbursements:

For requests postmarked on or before November 1st:
  • Active Physicians and CRNAs, $50;
  • Physician’s/Anesthesiology Assistants, $30;
  • Residents and all other fee paying categories, $10.

For requests postmarked after November 1st through November 30th:
  • Active Physicians and CRNAs, $100;
  • Physician’s/Anesthesiology Assistants, $60;
  • Residents and all other fee paying categories, $20.

NO REFUNDS for cancellation requests postmarked after November 30th, and/or if you register but fail to attend. In addition, because of pre-determined guarantees, certain sessions have been designated as non-refundable and are so noted below.

Refund Requests for Interactive/Hands-On Workshop, Miniworkshop, and certain Social Event Tickets will be remitted in full only if received by NOVEMBER 30th. Since we are obligated to guarantee numbers of participants in advance, subsequently after NOVEMBER 30th, refunds will be issued post-PGA and only in those instances when we have successfully resold your surrendered tickets and the event was completely sold out. Case Discussion Luncheons with the Experts tickets, and Social Activities Theatre, Concert, Opera tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets for Resale, if submitted on-site during the PGA, must be returned prior to the start of the event and to the designated ticket sales station(s) in the PGA Registration area (4th Floor of the Marriott). Every effort will be made to re-sell tickets. Refunds will be made on resold tickets only.

EXCHANGES can be made only if the ticket being exchanged is resellable and is for an event that has yet to take place. Additional charges or cash returns, where applicable, will be imposed or remitted.

Individuals who choose their own method of transportation for social events, rather than that which is programmed, and fail to connect with the tour, do so at their own risk. The NYSSA/PGA can not be held responsible for such losses and in such instances refunds will not be authorized.

Refunds, resales and exchanges are administered on a first-come, first-serve priority basis.
